Downstairs, Sophia Villa features a lounge area with fireplace, flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a modern kitchen with dining area opening out to the patio. The stairs lead to 3 air-conditioned bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Orange trees surround the sun terrace that features an outdoor dining table along with a BBQ. Sun loungers are also provided.
Bars and restaurants are within an easy walking distance from the villa. The centre of Protaras, where a variety of shops and restaurants is featured, lies within walking distance. Free private parking is available at the property. Please inform Villa Sophia in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A deposit via bank transfer is required to secure your reservation (see Hotel Policies). The property will contact you with instructions after booking.
A security deposit of EUR 300 is charged on the credit/debit card upon booking for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
