The nearest airports are Bristol Airport (76 km) and Coventry Airport (95 km) and Gloucester bus and train station is a 15-minute walk away.

The hotel dates back to 1820 when it was formerly a coaching inn and is exquisitely full of charm and character. The hotel has 39 rooms in total and provides guests with facilities including a lobby with 24-hour reception, a hotel safe, a bar, a breakfast room, conference facilities and a laundry service. Guests arriving by car may leave their vehicle in the hotel car park.
