Located in a quiet area surrounded in nature, Shirasagisou is over 100 years old and features an on-site Japanese restaurant and hot springs bath. The property is approximately a 10-minute drive from JR Hitoyoshi Station. On-site luggage storage and free private parking is available on site. Free WiFi is provided throughout the property.
All guest rooms have been renovated in January 2016. Each room is non-smoking and comes with an air conditioning unit in each room. The rooms come with a flat-screen TV. Some rooms feature a seating area for guests convenience. All bathrooms are shared.
This property boasts traditional cuisine from Hitoyoshi in Kumamoto Prefecture. The on-site Japanese-style breakfast consists of small bowls with dishes such as boiled or grilled fish, Japanese-style omelet and rice directly from local farmers. Dinner is a Japanese-style course where each dish is prepared and served according to the guests eating pace. Seasonal ingredients from the mountains and river are used in the cuisine.
