Erin Villa is bright and tastefully furnished opening out to balconies overlooking the pool. On the upper floor, you will find 4 bedrooms and on the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, a living room and a dining area. Three bathrooms are also featured. Facilities include a washing machine, flat-screen TV and DVD player.

Shops, restaurants and cafes can be reached within 300 metres from the villa. Larnaca International Airport is 70 km away. The propertys staff can assist with car rentals and arrange airport transfer. Free private parking is available on site. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 350 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. The guest will be charged 30% of the total price if they cancel after reservation and total price if guest cancels within the 30 days period before arrival. The guest will be charged a 30% prepayment right after reservation and the remaining amount just before the 30 days before arrival period.
