This luxury hotel is located in Rio de Janeiro, near the sea and Pedra da Gavea. Bars and a range of shops can easily be reached on foot from the building.

The air-conditioned hotel was established in 2003 and renovated in 2005, and comprises a total of 297 apartments spread across 25 floors. Guests are offered a lobby with a 24-hour reception, a bar, and a restaurant. Business guests may make use of the conference room with room for up to 500 persons as well as the Internet access (charges apply). Guests may also take advantage of the hotel's laundry service, and parking spaces and a garage (charges apply) are also on offer for those arriving by car.

The rooms all come with an en suite bathroom with hairdryer. Also to be found within the rooms are a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, a radio, a kitchenette with a microwave and tea and coffee making facilities, an iron and ironing board, a double or king-size bed, air conditioning, a hire safe, and either a balcony or terrace.

With the recent connection between the Yellow and the Red Lines, the hotel is approximately 25 minutes from the International Airport of Galeo, 30 minutes from Santos Dumont airport and Rio city centre, 15 minutes from the Rio Centro exhibition centre, and about 35 minutes from the Via Dutra motorway. All areas can also easily be reached by major roads.
