" On arrival the staff member was very friendly and welcoming We were unable to have our room on arrival as we were too early so we stored our cases as we were going to a show When we got back at 10ish the same delightful lady was on duty She remembered my name which I thought was amazing and she upgraded us to a suite opposite the mews as we told her that we I loved the Royal family The room was wonderful and the lady rang us to ask if we were happy with the room I am sorry I don t remember her name but she is a credit to the hotel The bed was really comfortable and the breakfast and lunch were great too I would highly recommend the hotel great location near to Victoria coach and rail stations and Buckingham Palace One of the best hotels I have stayed in for customer service"
