All Sand Pebbles units have a TV, DVD, telephone, and full kitchen with microwave oven, wireless Internet, and patio or balcony. Coin-op laundry is on-site. Studio units OCC: Max 2/Pri 2 have 1 bath and 1 queen Murphy bed. 1BR Max 4/Pri 2 have 1 bath, 1 queen bed and sleep sofa. 2BR Max 6/Pri 4 have 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds, 1 queen sleep sofa, and 1 bath. Resort strictly enforces occupancy limits. Resort is completely non-smoking. No pets allowed. Extra linens available upon request for a fee. Car recommended to fully enjoy the area. Resort is two floors no elevators. No air conditioning in units. US$75 security deposit payable at check-in by Visa, MC, check or cash. Check-in is 4PM-7PM. Resort is located on busy street near railroad tracks minimum train and traffic noise is possible. Resort does have handicap-accessible units but these units are not ADA compliant.
