The air-conditioned villa has a living room with a sofa and satellite TV. The private bathroom comes with a shower, and the well-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and washing machine. Towels and bed linen are provided.

Public parking is available onsite for a supplement. There is easy access to the AP7 Motorway and Calpe is a 20-minute drive away. Please inform Splendid in advance of your expected arrival time. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of EUR 1000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that air conditioning carries a EUR 110 supplement per week.

Pets are allowed on request and carry a surcharge of EUR 55 per pet, per stay.
