Transfer from Spilstead Farm Airfield to Southcroft Guest House

The Southcroft is located close to the end of the South Down Way and we cater for walkers regularly. We are also located a few minutes walk from Eastbournes promenade and 5 minutes from the Congress centre and Devonshire Park tennis centre and theatre. All of our rooms have been recently redecorated and we offer a warm welcome to all of our guests. With free WiFi in every room and offering home-cooked meals, Southcroft Guest House is situated on a quiet residential street with easy access to the seafront. There is unrestricted free on-street parking nearby.

Rooms are traditionally furnished, with independently controlled central heating. Each features a flat-screen TV, a DVD player, and facilities for making tea and coffee.

Breakfast is provided each morning, and includes full cooked options, haddock, cereals, tea/coffee and orange juice.

It is 17 miles from Southcroft to Hastings, or Battle, where you can visit Battle Abbey and relive the historic Battle of Hastings. Rye is an hours drive away, with its winding narrow streets, antique shops and picturesque views. Please inform Southcroft Guest House in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests should inform the property of their time of arrival. If you expect to arrive outside check-in hours, please inform Southcroft Guest House in advance.

Check-in outside of official check-in time must be requested in advance and is subject to prior agreement from the hotel.

Southcroft Guest House cannot accept students or guests referred by a local authority DSS (Department of Social Security).
