As a guest of Residence Villa Margherita you can use the lovely outdoor pool with hot tub belonging to the hotel next door. Breakfast is also served there. Please inform Residence Villa Margherita in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. This property is located in a busy area and guests may experience noise. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please inform the property in advance for check-in details if you arrive between 20:00 and 22:00.
