The villa features 2 double bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms. The spacious lounge has a fireplace and flat-screen satellite TV. There is also a double sofa bed and a chaise longue. The kitchen includes an oven, hob and a microwave, as well as a dishwasher. There is also a washing machine. WiFi is available for an extra cost.

Outside there is a built-in barbecue and an outdoor kitchen with 2 electric hobs. You can also find an outdoor shower, as well as a ping pong table. The house also comes with a pool table.

There are many supermarkets, bars and restaurants within a short walk of Villa Cintya - PlusHolidays. Central Alicante is a 50-minute drive away. A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that late check-in after 20:00 carries a EUR 50 surcharge.
