La Era Park Apartments enjoy a great location next to La Aigera Park, just 5 minutes from Benidorms old town and 10 minutes walk from the resorts famous beaches. Apartments have spacious balconies overlooking Benidorm and the sea.

Each apartment at La Era Park has a separate bedroom and living area. The kitchenette includes a fridge and microwave. You can relax and enjoy the sea views from your spacious balcony.

Facilities at the apartment complex include an outdoor swimming pool and solarium. Grocery shops are nearby, as are restaurants and plenty of bars. Please inform Apartamentos La Era Park in advance of your expected arrival time. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
