Situated in a residential area 2 km from the beach, the villa has 1 double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, 1 twin bedroom, and 1 additional bathroom. The kitchen includes an oven, microwave, toaster and coffee machine, and the open-plan living dining area has a fireplace, sofas and satellite TV. A washing machine is available in the bathroom.

The beautiful exterior of the villa also includes a covered terrace, and a garden with sun loungers, and an outdoor shower. The surrounding trees add to the villas privacy.

Guests will find shops and restaurants within 2 km of the property. Villa Marycar is a 20-minute drive from Montg Nature Reserve, and Javea Golf Club is 9 km away. Please inform Villa Marycar in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. A portable air conditioner is available for an extra cost of EUR 98 per week

Mobile 3G internet via USB is available for an extra cost of EUR 35 per week.

Late check-in after 19:00 incurs an extra cost of EUR 30.
