Transfer from Cocoll Firefighting Airstrip to Altos De Finestrat

Fantastic views of Benidorms coast and the Mediterranean Sea are offered from the sun terrace, dining terrace and outdoor pool at Altos de Finestrat. The villa is 10 minutes drive form Benidorm Beach.

The living-dining area opens on the pool terrace and includes a TV and DVD player. An oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine are available in the kitchen, and there is a barbecue on the terrace.

There are 2 twin bedrooms and 1 double bedroom, all with an en suite bathroom and air conditioning. Bed linen and towels are provided.

Benidorm offers a wide range of dining options, bars and shops. The pretty village of Finestrat is a 10-minute drive away. Altos de Finestrat offers 4 private parking spaces. Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: Serra del Reclot, 41, 03530 La Nucia (Alicante). Please inform Altos de Finestrat in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 1000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Air conditioning is obligatory during the period 7 June to 19 September and carries an obligatory surcharge of EUR 195 per week.

Heating is obligatory during the period 4 October to 26 April and carries an obligatory surcharge of EUR 175 per week.

Check-in between 20:00 and 00:00 incurs an extra cost of EUR 50. Check-in after 00:00 incurs an extra cost of EUR 100. Check-in on Sundays and public holidays also incurs an extra cost of EUR 50.

Upon arrival guests must authorise a guarantee of EUR 1000, to be charged in the case of damages.
