There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The ground floor features a twin bedroom with en suite bathroom, while the upper floor has 2 twin bedrooms, a double bedroom with en suite bathroom, and an extra bathroom with bath. Bed linen and towels are included.

Guests will find a covered terrace with access to the spacious living-dining room on the upper floor. It comes equipped with a satellite TV with international channels and a full kitchen with hob, microwave, oven and fridge. Kitchenware is provided.

Villa Andres - PlusHolidays offers free parking for 3 to 4 cars. Alicante Airport is 75 km away. A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that late check-in after 20:00 carries a EUR 50 surcharge.
