Four semi-detached villas have been carefully designed and furnished to offer a luxurious stay, at a privileged enclave overlooking the bay of Altea and Albir beach, in a very peaceful area and only a few metres away from the Sierra Gelada Natural Park. There is a communal sea salt swimming pool open all year round and with sea views. ?The villas are only a five-minute walk away from the beach and the commercial area of Albir, where all the restaurants and shops are. Each villa has a total Surface of 235 m2 and includes four bedrooms (that can be arranged to have a large double bed or two single beds), two complete bathrooms and an additional toilet, a kitchen fully-equipped with Siemens appliances (including washing machine, dishwasher, vitroceramic hob, oven, microwave, kettle and coffee machine), living-dining room with views of the sea and mountain, a games room and fitness area with direct access to the garden. The villas also have a sunken courtyard and several terraces where you can eat or enjoy the view, depending on the season and time of day. ? They share a beautiful communal garden. Each villa has its own private area in the garden and a parking plot inside the site.
