These modern apartments were constructed in 2005. The 2-bedroom apartments feature new furniture. The building also has green spaces and a children's play area. There is a car park on site (parking fees apply).

Each of the two-bedroom apartments comes with one bedroom with a double bed and one with two single beds, as well as two bathrooms, a kitchen with a cooker and a living room with a sofa bed for two people. Every apartment has a balcony or terrace with sea views.
