This villa is situated in a rural area in Javea known as El Puchol, just 1 km from the town centre. El Pedregal beach is 1.5 km away and El Arenal beach is 1 km away. The nearest restaurant and supermarket are 1 km away, El Altet Airport at Alicante is around 105 km away and Manises Airport in Valencia is approximately 120 km from the villa.

This finca-style villa is decorated in a rustic yet modern style, with a lovely garden teeming with local plants and trees. It enjoys spectacular views over the surrounding countryside and the sea. This one-storey villa features 3 bedrooms, making the villa ideal for up to 6 guests. There is ample parking space beside the garden, just in front of the villa entrance.

This villa offers guests a spacious lounge with a fireplace, a dining area with comfortable seating, a dining table and a satellite TV. There is one bedroom with a double bed and the other two each have twin single beds. Guests are also provided with 2 fully fitted bathrooms.
