Transfer from La Montaña ULM to La Virreina

La Virreina is located in a residential area of Altea, in the hills. This holiday home has a terrace with a shared outdoor pool and fantastic sea views.

Set over 2 floors, the house has 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The air-conditioned lounge has satellite TV and a music system. The kitchen includes an oven and hob, as well as a washing machine and dishwasher.

Do Cayo Golf Club is 5 minutes drive from La Virreina, and the surrounding countryside is good for cycling. Benidorm is around 15 minutes drive away, and you can drive to Alicante in around 45 minutes. Please inform La Virreina in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 800 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Please note that there is an extra cost for air conditioning from June 4th 2016 until September 13th 2016: - Air conditioning is obligatory during the period 7 June to 19 September and carries an obligatory surcharge of EUR 75 per week.

Heating is obligatory during the period 4 October to 26 April and carries an obligatory surcharge of EUR 75 per week.

Pets are allowed on request and carry a surcharge of EUR 50 per pet per stay.

Check-in between 20:00 and 00:00 incurs an extra cost of EUR 50. Check-in after 00:00 incurs an extra cost of EUR 100. Check-in on Sundays and public holidays also incurs an extra cost of EUR 50.

Upon arrival guests must authorise a guarantee of EUR 500, to be charged in the case of damages.
