With views of Val DOrcia and the Crete Senesi area, rustic apartments are equipped with a TV, a seating area and a kitchen including a fridge. Some have a dishwasher. Featuring a shower, the private bathrooms also come with a hairdryer and towels. Washing machine is available at a fee for a minimum stay of 7 nights.
Private parking is on site. The property is 7 km from Torrenieri and a 30-minute drive from Montepulciano. Siena is reachable by car in 1 hour. Please inform Cosona in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Swimming pool #1 is closed from Mon 03 Oct 2022 until Fri 19 May 2023 A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that late check-in comes on request and at extra cost.
You are advised to bring your own vehicle as the property is not serviced by public transport and is located in a countryside road.
Shared laundry facilities are available for stays of 5 nights or longer.
