This small cottage, only 5 minutes drive from the old Medieval town of Cortona, belongs to the farmhouse Col di Leccio, an authentic farmhouse where nature and silence dominate. The cottage is made up of a living room with dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, a single bedroom, 2 bathrooms with showers. All rooms are furnished according to the typical country style. The house disposes of air conditioning, central heating and tv. There is a spacious garden area with garden furniture were you can relax and enjoy the stunning view of the Valdichiana. The beautiful swimming pool is shared with the guests staying at Saltafossi. Set in a spacious garden with a shared outdoor swimming pool, Quercia offers a self-catering apartment with panoramic views of the Chiana valley. Free private parking is available on site.

The apartment comes with country-style dcor and an open-plan lounge and dining area with a well-equipped kitchenette. There are two bathrooms with a shower. A washing machine is also provided.

Guests can relax with a barbecue in the garden. They can also enjoy complimentary use of the bicycles, or take a walk along the old Roman road to Cortona.

Quercia is located just a 10-minute drive from both Cortona Train Station and the Etruscan Academy Museum of Cortona. Perugia San Francesco dAssisi Umbria International Airport is 60 km away. Swimming pool #1 is closed from Sat 03 Oct 2020 until Fri 30 Apr 2021 Please note that the pool is open from the 1st of May to the 15th of October and its shared with the other guests.
