The property is just outside Castelnuovo di Magra, a 15-minute drive from the beach and 7 km from Sarzana. Please inform Villino La Casetta in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Bed linens and towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 10 per person or bring their own. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. You are advised to bring your own vehicle as the property is not serviced by public transport.

You can bring your own bed linen and towels or rent them on site.
