Guests can find shops and restaurant only 400 metres from the property, or reach La Spezia city centre in 20 minutes by car. The famous Cinque Terre Area is 25 km away. Parking is free on site. Please inform Residence I Gabbiani in advance of your expected arrival time. Apartments are located on 2 floors, and there is no lift in the building.
Keys pick-up takes place at the apartment on the second floor, on the right hand side.
