This large owner-occupied country villa is built around a large central courtyard and the first floor 4-bedroom apartment is in a wing, completely separate from the rest of the house and reached by a private outside staircase. The courtyard offers a furnished al fresco eating area for guests staying in the apartment. This is a very peaceful location and the accommodation is well-appointed. Parking is available for those arriving by car. A maid service is available for the rooms (charges apply).

The apartment is on the first floor and offers a sitting/dining room, a kitchen with a small cooking hob and a fridge, a twin/double bedded room and a bathroom with a bathtub, a WC and double sinks. It is also equipped with central heating (charges apply).

The apartment features an open-air swimming pool complete with a small waterfall from a rock formation. The pool is set in a delightful spot with panoramic views over the Chianti hills and offers a sun terrace with sun loungers and a parasol. The owner and her visitors may also use the swimming pool. The swimming pool is open between May and September (weather permitting).
