Basic kitchenette facilities are featured in each 2 Devonshire rooms, with one fully fitted shared kitchen on each floor. There is a guest lounge with a seating area and a 42-inch plasma screen TV.

Regents Park is a 5-minute walk from the property and features include London Zoo, an open-air theatre and the largest sports facility in London, known as The Hub. Londons West End, Piccadilly Circus and Covent Garden can all be reached via a 15-minute tube journey from Warren Street station, which is 8 minutes walk from the studios. Guests must show a valid ID on check-in which matches the card being used to pay for the booking.

Guests must at least 18 at the the time of booking and must bring valid Government issued photo ID to show on arrival. If a guest arrives under the age of 18, 2 Devonshire reserves the right to refuse admission.

Please note that all studios are cleaned on a weekly basis.

The reception at this property is open from 10.30 to 04:00. Guests arriving outside of these hours can collect their keys from a key collection safe located at the front desk. Please make the arrangements prior to arrival.
