They are just 200 m from the centre of Siera, 300 m from bars and pubs and 400 m from the nearest restaurants. Links to the public transport network are to be found 500 m from the apartments (Lobios bus stop) and the Centro Interpretacion Parque Natural Baixa Limia is 700 m away. Attractions in the area include the Lobios Caldaria spa and the Aquis Originis (both 4 km) and Corga da Fecha (6 km). Ourense railway station is 65 km from the accommodation and it is 120 km to Vigo Airport.

Renovated in 2009, this complex comprises a total of 11 one or two-bedroom mountain apartments with all the comforts of home, and offers an abundance of outdoor pursuits, a garden and a terrace. Facilities on offer to guests include WLAN Internet access, covered garage parking and a bicycle hire service (charges apply).

The apartments come with a private bathroom and a kitchen/living room. One specially adapted, disability-friendly apartment is also available.
