A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that bed linen and towels are not included in the price. Guests can rent them for EUR 8 per person (bed linen) and EUR 3 per person (towels) or they can bring their own.
