This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of GBP 20 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests must provide a valid address when making a booking.

A key/security deposit of 20 will be required in cash on arrival. It will be refunded in full on departure as long as there are no breakages or outstanding charges.
