Folwark Hutta consists of two separate buildings and a detached house, where two rooms are located. All rooms at the Hutta come with wooden features, and most feature a refrigerator and a flat-screen TV. Each has a spacious bathroom with a shower.

Guests can swim in the lake. Outdoor barbecue facilities are provided, and guests can enjoy lake views from the terrace.

Breakfast and other meals are available in the on-site Komosianka Restaurant. It specialises in Polish cuisine including the propertys and regional ingredients.
