The house is set back from the road and has the advantage of ample parking in the yard for larger vehicles as well as cars. Ferry crossings to the Island via Lymington, Portsmouth or Southampton can be arranged for guests if required. Also, for visitors who like to cycle, there is a locked garage for bike storage. Pencombe House B&B offers accommodation in Binstead, on the Isle of Wight. The ferry terminals of Fishbourne and Ryde are within 4 km of the property. Free WiFi and free private parking are available.
