Breakfast is served every morning from 07:00 next door. The tea room on the ground floor is open for lunch and dinner from 11:00. Various restaurants and bars are to be found around the accommodation.

Aparthotel Van Hecke is less than a 10-minute walk from the Grote Markt. The Modemuseum is 230 metres from the hotel. Antwerp Central Station is just over a 20-minute walk away. Please inform Aparthotel Van Hecke in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. If you expect to arrive after 19:00, please inform Aparthotel Van Hecke in advance.
