Each duplex bungalow features a terrace and a living room with an open plan kitchen. It has 1 bedroom on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms upstairs. The bathroom is fitted with a bath or shower. Some bungalows have 2 bathrooms.

TT Circuit Assen and Assens centre are within a 15-minute car drive of the holiday park. Groningen can be reached within 35 minutes by car. Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. Roompot Vakanties will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the propertys details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you. A damage deposit of EUR 65 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please note that the property is obliged to only offer leisure stay, as mandated by local government.
Roompot Vakanties will send a booking confirmation within 24 hours after booking with information detailed deposit and payment information. After full payment is taken, the propertys details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you. If the full amount is not paid before arrival, it may happen that your property is no longer available.
