This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note there is no reception. Guests need to inform the Pension by phone about their time of arrival so they can be welcomed.
