The complex consists of 3 buildings, which are connected by an underground passageway. The apartments are between 30 and 65 m in size, have a loggia and offer views of the mountains and the Kitzsteinhorn Glacier Ski Area.
Bread roll service is available every morning on request.
The Japanese-style sauna area is available in the winter season and comprises a sauna and a relaxation room.
A supermarket and a bus stop are a 3-minute walk away, and the centre of Kaprun can be reached in a 7-minute walk. The Zell am See-Kaprun Golf Course is a 5-minute drive away, and Zell am See can be reached in a 10-minute drive. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the spa area is only available in the winter season.
