The unique Vulkania mineral spring is of volcanic origin and is collected in the Vulkania healing lake, featuring underwater music. When bathing in this spring, the water feels like silk.

In addition to 2,400 different windows and 330 columns, hotel features include a pool and thermal landscape with 11 different indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, wave and childrens basins, the Melchior mineral spring and a sauna landscape with various saunas and a relaxation room. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. Check-in: On the day of arrival, admission to the pool, thermal and sauna area is possible free of charge from 09:00. The room will be ready for occupancy by 16:00 at the latest.

Check-out: Check-out time is 11:00. After check-out, you can use the pool, thermal and sauna area until 23:00 at a reduced rate.
