The urban centre of Santa Margarita, with its numerous restaurants, bars and shopping opportunities, is a 500 m stroll through the canals away and the centre of Roses is about 3 km from the apartments. Empuriabrava, the largest marina in Europe, is about 8 km away. Girona-Costa Brava and El Prat De Llobregat airports are about 71 km and 165 km away, respectively.

This complex features architecture typical of Ibiza, with a swimming pool and fish pond to enjoy a relaxing stay. It also has a large reception hall and several entrances located near the parking area. The apartment hotel consists of a total of 15 apartments. Further facilities include lift access, a children's playground and room service.

The resort offers spacious apartments for 2-4 persons with a large balcony overlooking the canal (if available). All retain a pleasant summer temperature and feature functional furniture. All of the apartments are en suite with a large bathtub. Further facilities include a kitchen with fridge, cooker, microwave, and tea and coffee making facilities. The heating in each apartment is individually regulated.
