All the bedrooms at The Hand Hotel have been thoughtfully decorated and have en-suite bathrooms with a hairdryer. Guests can also benefit from tea/coffee and ironing facilities in each room.

The hotel bar and coffee lounge serves light lunches, snacks and beverages all day. The regency style, Coachhouse Restaurant & Grill, offers a dining experience with a more extensive menu using local produce and overlooks the pretty gardens.

Located in North Waless picturesque Ceiriog Valley, the hotel is only a 2-minute walk from Chirk Train Station. The historic Chirk Castle, with its beautiful gardens and Pontcysyllte Aqueduct, is 5 minutes drive away. Please Note: We do have some pet friendly Twin/Double rooms and also the family room we allow pets. However due to allergies we do not allow pets into certain rooms, please check with the hotel before making a booking if you are bringing a pet. Not doing this may result in your booking being refused on arrival if we have no rooms available for pets. A charge of 10 will also be added to the room rate.
