There is a bathroom with shower and, in the 2-bedroom cottages, a bath. All properties have access to an outdoor dining area and garden furniture with views over the courtyard gardens.

The property is a 2 minute drive from Cosgrove village, 15 minute drive from Central Milton Keynes, 20 minutes drive from Northampton, and just over 10 minutes from Towcester Racecourse. Please note that no check-in is possible after 20:00 unless otherwise agreed with the property owner. Early and late check-in is only available by prior arrangement and confirmed by the property (minimum 48 hours notice) and will be subject to an additional charge.

Only 1 dog is allowed by prior arrangement and subject to agreeing with the propertys terms and conditions.

When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of 15 pounds per night applies. Please note that a maximum of 1 pet is allowed.

Extra beds are subject to availability and it is the customers responsibility to contact the property beforehand to check and confirm that they are available.
