Transfer from Tyabb Airport to Castle Villa by the Sea

Situated in the heart of Cowes on Phillip Island, The Castle - Villa by the Sea offers luxurious Mediterranean-style accommodation with free on-site parking. It is a 2-minute walk from the Phillip Island Beach, and a 5-minute walk from many restaurants, breakfast cafes and shops in Cowes township.

Each suite has its own private balcony overlooking the gardens. 1 suite has its own private court yard and open air shower. Each room includes a private en suite bathroom, a queen-sized bed and a separate day lounge. A TV, CD, book and DVD library is also available.

The Honesty Bar offers a variety of spirits, wines and beers. Free WiFi access is available some guest rooms.

The Castle Villa is within a 10-minute drive of the Koala Conservation Centre, AMazeN Things, and the Phillip Island Grand Prix Circuit. It is a 15-minute drive to the world famous Penguin Parade held nightly on Summerland Beach. Please inform The Castle - Villa by the Sea in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of AUD 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. RECEPTION HOURS Reception hours are: Checkin is from 1.30 pm and Checkout is strictly 10.30 am Please note our office is open from 10.00am and closes at 8.00 pm and is not manned after this period.

PARKING Parking space is provided but not allocated and we have no responsibility as to the behavior of other guest and no responsibility as to any damage to vehicles that may be caused.

HOUSEKEEPING For stays of 2 days a change over towel serve is provided - for3 days or more a full serve is provided

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF STAY Guests numbers MUST not exceed the advertised capacity of the room.

SMOKING Smoking is strictly prohibited inside any room/apartment and a charge of $200 will be incurred if smoking is evident.

LOST KEYS Keys lost or not returned upon checkout will result in a fee being charged for lock and key replacement
