If your room key is lost, or not returned, the property reserves the right to make a GBP 50 charge.

The check-in desk closes at 22:00 daily. Arrivals after this time will be subject to an late check-in fee of GBP 10 per hour for every hour after 22:00. Smokers will be charged a GBP 100 additional cleaning fine when smoking in any of the rooms.
