Our property is a Grade II 17 th Century listed building. All rooms are non-smoking as per the national law since 2007. A characterful building with some original features. Centrally located, a few hundred metres from the Market a Place, but in a quiet area. All rooms located on first floor The Old Bakehouse is located in Colyton, 45 km from Torquay and 32 km from Exeter. Guests can enjoy the on-site bar. Free WiFi is available throughout the property and free private parking is available on site.
