This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the property has no reception. Check-in instructions will be sent by email and must be confirmed by the guest. Requests for extra beds and cots should be made once your booking has been processed.

Guests are asked to observe the noise ordinance, and to avoid playing loud music or having guests from 22:00 to 06:00. Should neighbours complain and/or call the police, it can result in immediate eviction regardless of the time of day or night. This will also result in loss of prepaid rent and refundable damage deposit.
