Room is quite specious small kitchen

Parking is supposed to be only for Smarts or Minicoopers Compact cars are already too big Other cars even could not enter the parking place

Very close to oxford street

everything was really great in the hotel and would like to thank all the front desk staff for being so helpfull and supportive who made our trip enjoyable Thank you great ladies Marien and Ariane

Everything Clean rooms Fast servise Fast elevators Free refreshments Everything is new Quite environment for sleeping Smell is nice

Cleaning staff should be more accurate when doing their jobs

Lovely location

The third bed in the triple room could have been more comfortable or at least better reflected in the price

I don t like the breakfast it was in a small lounge with a few table which was crowded

Staff were amazing Bar and bar food was excellent Breakfast very good although some food in particular the bacon had been under lights for too long

Room was quite small for family room hence small double beds which were quite soft but central London location probably dictates lack of space Although we were provided with 4 bath towels and hand towels housekeeping only provided one tube of shower gel one shampoo Etc luckily we had our own toiletries with us

the bed is out of this world and the bar is amazing

if i didnt have to wait long for lifts as only two was working

The location was excellent

The we stayed in was tiny
