All air-conditioned apartments have a spacious living area with flat-screen satellite TV and a DVD player. Each apartment includes laundry facilities and a well-equipped kitchen with a microwave and refrigerator.

iStay Precinct Adelaide offers a 24/7 reception desk, dry cleaning and luggage storage facilities. The tour desk can recommend local attractions and help guests with travel arrangements.

The popular Gouger Street, with its trendy shops, restaurants and bars, is 5 minutes walk away. Adelaide Convention Centre and Central Markets are each a 10-minute walk away. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. A damage deposit of AUD 1 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. When booking more than 4 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Please note that parking is limited and subject to availability. Guests are kindly requested to book a parking space with the property in advance, using the contact details provided in the booking confirmation.

The following amenities are not included but are available at reception for an additional charge: hand towel, face washer, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, laundry powder, scourer and tissues.
