Checkin was fast and the beds were super comfortable People were very friendly You get fast everywhere

Breakfast was really bad Literally no fresh ham and cheese and not really cold just a few pieces of bread coffee wasn t good and if you get there half an hour before end you just get the last pieces of nearly nothing We got a bathroom for handicapped so everything was very uncomfortable for us

The location is good

There is no iron The room was noise start at 7am

Very good choice and quality that was still well stocked even at the end of a long breakfast period

Mostly location it was a cab ride to Las Ramblas about 6 euros each way

Excellent breakfast had variety and plentiful

Wifi in the room is poor signal stayed there two times different rooms signal poor both times

Location great very clean very quiet great breakfast and very professional and friendly staff

Apart from the room which was comfortable there were no added luxuries ie dressing gowns slippers body lotion in the room The bed had blankets on not a quilt which was not comfortable There were no tea and coffee making facilities in the room and no air conditioning Not value for money

Room too small for me and with the view of a building facade And I must be a snob their espresso for which I paid dearly and didn t drink was simply bad bitter water PS to all the hotels of the world You charge a fortune for 10 ml of espresso and give liters of dripped coffee away Go figure

There isn t much to say about this hotel apart from the location which is less than 5mins walk to Oxford Circus station

The rooms are not cleaned very well The hotel and rooms are very tired The whole building needs a refurb and for the amount of money you pay I expect a lot more Wouldn t stay there again

The hotel is the perfect city break hotel Great central location fairly priced nice down to earth breakfast very friendly stuff and cute stylish rooms

Unfortunately the wifi did not work well at all which is a pain especially when one wants to check info online about the city or if one has some work to do Also the radiator made some strange noises which woke us up a few times at night it was easily fixed by slightly changing the temperature setting but nevertheless it kept waking us up

Bed was amazing slept like a dream Excellent customer service Very impressed but would ve been happier had it been a bit cheaper
