The hotel was very nice and excellent location

Staff were a bit slow in response breakfast was extremely unorganised and when asked someone for coffe took half hour to bring any When did come ended up pouring some on my plate

Fantastic staff very polite and great facilities

Hotel Car parking would be useful as had to pay to park it round the corner so could become costly if stayed more that one night

Welcome was good staff helpful room spacious and breakfast excellent

The Hotel is in a prime location just 5 min away from London eye and Big Ben and I found it value for money

The check in was a pain as there is no proper queuing system and the officers are not paying enough attention to whom next to be serviced I was waiting for 30 minutes to check in and really frustrated The free WiFi is NOT working properly and it gets worse during the night They had to move my room to a diff floor in order to get the WiFi but despite of the fact still not working and I eventually gave up

The pool was great

My sister had to ask for her sofa bed to be made up although she had requested it when I booked
