Another case of a let down in London This hotel does in my eyes not qualify for 4 stars The lift was broken for 3 days I was on the top floor which shows little care for customer experience The housekeeping was at best basic and rubbish was left on the floor for the 6 nights I stayed Bed comfort is basic and only 2 small pillows are provided Under the sheets I found several pubic hairs There is no hairdryer or iron for clothing The reception was left unattended at night at several occasions which is a security issue as anyone can walk in I also called for a wake up call without anyone answering for at least 10 minutes so this is not an occasional fault The walls are thin and housekeeping make no effort in keeping their business quiet I would pay tops 60 per night for this property

It was a good value for money Breakfast is good and staff is friendly

We didn t like the fact that we were not allowed to open the window at all and air conditioning was not working properly Also bathroom was not cleaned properly There was a lot of dust on a dryer Also during our stay the light didn t work so it was pretty much dark most of the time Another thing is the shower door I couldn t open the door from the inside without my partner open it for me from the outside It was stucked It was also very hard to flush the toilet We had to push so hard The security deposit box was broken Overally it was good but fixing these small problems would really make the stay much better

For the price this an excellent hotel super easy to get to from Paddington and the room was perfect for a one night stay

The continental breakfast lacked choice but having it included as such a low price for London was a bonus

The bed room was wonderfully decorated and spacious

The decorations and carpet in the corridors to the rooms were very tired and in need of updating or a good clean It was a concern walking to the room as to what we would be greeted with but the room was amazing and very modern

The size of room was excellent I particularly liked the quality of the bed linen

Although adequate the breakfast room was not as pleasing as the room

Dingy basement room with no windows Underneath the kitchen so really loud bangs and scrapes from 6am onwards and a constant dripping water sound from pipes all night a terrible night s sleep

Very clean air conditioner actually worked the rooms were not noisy where I stayed 203 and the bed was comfy Location is a quick walk from the tube station A bar is close along with a convenience store and coffee shop Their restaurant looked clean but I didn t eat there Friendly staff

No complaints

Location is very bad far away from central London Underground access is around 20 minutes Better to use the bus services The room was not very clean in need of refurbishment

Staff were lovely and friendly bed was massive and so comfortable Location was perfect for what we needed

We though the pool was part of the hotel but it turns out it s the gyms next door so it s not just for hotel use Had to pay 30 to park at the hotel over night which I though was a bit steep Location was good but 5 minute walk up the road was dodgy young gangs robbing the local shops made me feel in safe Cleaners in the morning knocked once and woke us up and opened the door luckily we had the inside lock on so they couldnt just walk in because the door only opened so far with the lock on Rooms are a bit dated and bathrooms could do with a makeover

Bed was amazing and so comfortable after a long day of sightseeing Staff were friendly and helpful

Bathroom was a little unfinished as there was some patch work and painting that had been started but not finished but didn t take away from a nice bathroom
