Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of BRL 500 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. - Additional overnight guests are allowed upon approval. Extra fees apply.

- Day visitors are not allowed without prior approval. Fees may apply, depending on the case.

- Parties and events are not allowed without authorization. Fees may apply.

- Early Check in or late checkout will be charged (tolerance of 15 min)

- Checkout- take the trash to the street (separate in recyclable, compost and normal), and wash your dishes please. The cleaning fee covers "normal" cleaning, and extreme situations will be charged extra. If there is damage that prevent the re-renting, the lost rent will be charged along with cost of repairs.

- Please no smoking in the house (use the yard), and do not use mosquito coils, incense or candles, as these pose a fire hazard.

- We accept a maximum of one pet (consult for exception), subject to payment of the pet fee (R$100). Please notify us before making the reservation, since we require agreement with the full pet policy (such as no sleeping on furniture, no poop/pee in the house, no being left alone without supervision, among others). Only bring well trained pets please.

- Each holiday home only has air conditioning in only one bedroom.

- There may be fines for violating our rules.
