The style of this hotel was fabulous Staff members was so friendly and the snack during all the day was very nice idea

Excellent location next to Buenos Aires district for shopping and also well connected to the centre and Centrale via public transport Large variety of breakfast choices and the gym on ground floor were a plus too

The room seemed a bit packed but it was comfy and clean

The hotel has everything a traveler could ask for in a hotel Snacks 24 hours a day and a terrace to relax was a wonderful and relaxing experience The staff was friendly and very helpful

I cannot imagine any better service or extras

Concierge Wim was wonderful Restaurant suggestions booked tickets to the Sacrada Familia

Not enough hot food at breakfast

The breakfast was very tasty it had only fresh products I loved the fact that for breakfast they were serving specialty coffee from Satan s Corner The roof terrace is very nice and not busy The location is excellent it s located between 2 metro stops for different lines and within walking distance from Casa Batllo

The general facilities were not what I would expect from a hotel rated 4 stars
