Apartamentos Peismar I are situated a few metres from the beach in Peiscola. These well-equipped apartments feature a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, tennis courts and accommodation with balconies.

The Peismar offers simply decorated apartments and studios with tiled floors and wooden furnishings. Each has a kitchenette and a living area.

The Peismar complex is a short walk from a shopping centre and a supermarket. There are cafs and restaurants nearby.

The Peismar Apartments are 2 km from the centre of the pretty town of Pescola. The towns castle is less than 10 minutes walk away. Please inform Alpen1 Peismar I in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Piscina is closed from Thu 03 Nov 2022 until Wed 14 Jun 2023 Piscina is closed from Fri 15 Sept 2023 until Fri 14 Jun 2024 A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that late check-in after 20:00 carries the following extra charges: - From 20:00 to 22:00, EUR 25; - From 22:00 to 00:00, EUR 50. Check-in after 00:00 is not possible.

Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate. You can bring your own bed linen or rent it on site at a cost of EUR 6 per set. Towels are not available for rent.
